We are the Old North State League's hottest new team with great community support! We are looking for a coaching staff that will help ALL players develop their craft of baseball while balancing a fun and competitive summer player experience in Jacksonville! Our coaching staff will need to be able to work closely with team ownership and the General Manager before and during the season. We truly have a great player and fan environment in Jacksonville!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist ownership and General Manager in recruiting collegiate baseball athletes for our 2025 season.
- Create practice schedules and assist with all game schedule logistics
- Looking for a coach that understands the competitive needs of a summer program but also able to balance summer ball with fun and fan engagement orchestrated by team staff
- Provide a professional environment that will help develop all players both on and off the field
- Work with all team staff and interns in planning for game day themes and events
- Organize and execute up to two summer baseball camps for local kids
