The Jacksonville Ospreys aren’t your average team. We’re a spirited bunch, fueled by sun-soaked afternoons and the crack of the bat. Our stadium—Jack Amyette—is our nest, and our players? Well, they’re our fledglings, ready to take flight. As an Assistant Coach, you’ll be part strategist, part mentor, and all heart.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating practice schedules and assist with all game schedule logistics
- Looking for an assistant coach that understands the competitive needs of a summer program but also able to balance summer ball with fun and fan engagement orchestrated by team staff
- Assist in providing a professional environment that will help develop all players both on and off the field
- Work with all team staff and interns in planning for game day themes and events as needed
- Assist in organizing and executing up to two summer baseball camps for local kids
